User Responsibilities

• Age Requirement: The app is open to all user's not have any age limit. No need show any ID
• Prohibited Activities: You may not use Sostap for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including spamming, harassment, or infringing on intellectual property rights.

Service Availability

Sostap provides emergency helpline numbers free of charge, with no need for login or sign-up. We aim to offer uninterrupted service but do not guarantee availability at all times. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Sostap is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
